``Just like grandma used to make''

• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup evaporated milk
• 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• Green food coloring

Throw everything in a pot.
Stir over medium heat until it bubbles for at least 1 minute and starts to thicken.
Let it cool until it's fairly thick (15-30 minutes usually).
Ooze or smear over a German chocolate cake.
