• 3 Cups sugar
• 3/4 Cups margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 7 eggs
• 1 Cup milk
• 2 1/2 Cups flour (+1/4 cup for high altitude)
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 375 degerees F.
Creme sugar & margarine.
Separate eggs and add yolks to sugar & margarine.
Add vanilla to milk, and add that to the mixture.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat the egg whites and fold them in to the mixture.
Grease pans & dust with flour.
Pour in batter.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees F.
Bake for:

Angel food pan: 1 hour
3 medium loaf pans: 40-45 minutes
4 small loaf pans: 35-40 minutes
